Throughout the history of the Agrippa Sector space marine chapters have played an active role in the war and politics of the sector. A few of the key chapters are listed below.

The founding chapter of the sector, the Victrix Astartes were suppressed by the Inquisition in the wake of the Thrackos Scandal.

The Miles Rufus Astartes, also known as the Red Guard or Twelvers, is the only chapter permanently based in the Agrippa Sector.
