Dukas led the Alliance!!!!???? Um no. Dukas sat out of it mostly, at least that's my memory of it. Kitchener and John Proctor (Hibernia) were the alliance ring leaders representing subsector trade interests. If anything, and I recall this very clearly, Dukas sided with Alliance interests in spirit as they are a great house.
